In today's modern world, anxiety has become a companion to many of us but one that none of us actually asked for. From schedules that are tightly packed, to emotional overwhelm and societal expectations, carving time out for yourself can actually feel out of reach. We knew that love is all around us for abundance was found in a single seed. We have forgotten so much and yet it brings us an opportunity to remember it all. This is exactly what I plan to do in this love-letter, to share with you the stories and medicine of our Reflections for we are all one anothers reflections.
