One thing is certain in life, All good things are wild and free.
Animals, Nature, The Elements and even Humans.
We have been created perfectly, so why the need to control everything?
Let's be honest, most of us were not designed for a 9-5, micro managing everything, constant stress and doing it all. It's absolutely exhausting.
What we are designed to do though, is connect deeply with nature and all her living creations. Be wildly imaginative and creative, dance, sing and delight in the moon beams, be the storytellers that we all once where, read the subtle signs of life and forage in harmony with all.
We knew that love is all around us for abundance was found in a single seed.
We have forgotten so much and yet it brings us an opportunity to remember it all. This is exactly what I plan to do in this love-letter, to share with you the stories and medicine of our Reflections for we are all one anothers reflections. There is more to a single Soul than meets the physical eye. So, let's go on a journey together.
Sincerely, the Trees.
Darling, has your yaw ever dropped in wonder of a Tree? Mine has many times, Trees are absolutely breathtaking and guess what? We are in constant communication with them, literally through the exchange of our breath. Trees are wisdom keepers and powerful healers, no joke. In Japan, doctors will prescribe you to go forest bathing because trees are proven to treat depression and anxiety, also their scent (Phytonides) boosts the immune system. Personally just gazing at the sunlight flirting through the leaves is sheer art and let's not talk about running my hands over the trunk of a Tree. It's a love-letter of its own kind for my Soul. So let's get to the root of our reflection, what do you think a tree reflects to us? Not only the lungs but.... our whole entire Nervous system. Gosh, I just can't deny how we were created with such intentionally.

And just to add a bit more hype in honor of the Trees, is that they are litteral electricity! Just like our nervous system creates its own electric field to create signals to communicate so do Trees. They emit gentle electromagnetic signals that resonate with the Schumann Resonance (Mother Earth's natural frequency) this is the same rhythm our brain follows during deep relaxation. This is why the Japanese doctors prescribe Forest bathing. Pretty magical, right?
Some wisdom from the Trees:
Stand tall and proud, you are supported by our Mother Earth.
Be aware of where your roots begin and where they end.
Nourish yourself from the Earth and drink fresh water. Not man-made garbage.
Connect to the Trees, they will recalibrate you.
Trees are the original guru's, go seek wisdom from them.
Sincerely, man's best friend.
These little creatures are not called man's best friend for no reason and they might have small bodies but they definitely have big hearts and even greater Souls. Each one has its own unique personality, they come with their own Soul missions and lessons to teach you. Animals in general all have their own spiritual meaning and purpose for being here. Dogs in particular are our protectors, not just in the physical realm but also in spirit. They often take on the burdens of their owners, help us to transmute energy and comfort and understand us in ways that we don't even understand ourselves.

Gosh I can't even begin to tell you how much I've learnt from my dogs and how they've taught me to listen more intently, love unconditionally, be present, be aware, and most importantly to trust. Honestly these are the lessons we should be learning from all animals but somehow along the way we have forgotten their Souls. Dogs reflect in their eyes the sacred bond between humans and animals, nudging us to listen in ways that we do not know we are capable of, mainly our third eye.
Some wisdom from our dogs:
They are reminders of the sacred bond between humans and animals.
Trust your instincts fully.
Allow yourself to be easily delighted in life.
Forgive and move on.
Protect what is important to you.
Sincerely, a Daisy.
Flowers, the ultimate love-letters of Mother Earth, they speak a language that society has done its best to numb - our emotions. Each flower reflects a specific type of emotion, value or phase in life and because of this it was common practice to gift flowers based on their symbolism (the language of flowers) also known as floriography. While many plants, herbs and trees may reflect specific anatomy (Doctrine of Signatures), flowers reflect the unseen, the intangible within us. So, what do snowy-white daisies reflect to us?

Daisies whisper "embrace innocence." Innocence in a way is like a fresh start, we feel the softness of love, we taste the sweetness of endless possibilities and we are filled with excitement for life, we have started to feel springs renewal of energies. My dear, in world where we are bombarded with all kinds of expressions, some beautiful and some horrendous, it can't harm anyone to choose innocence. You might think "huh, what does that even mean?" Let me clarify, I mean innocent not naive, they are two different states of being, innocent is a conscious choice where as being naive is being unaware.
Some wisdom from Daisies:
Forgive past mistakes and begin again.
True love is loyal and pure.
Consciously cultivate innocence
Wish others well.
Sincerely, the Waters of creation.
Have you ever thought that when you gently rest your hand upon the surface of water that you are touching the past? I definitely have and If you think about it, all waters on Earth have been here since the formation of her and we all know that water holds memory. So is it a far cry to suggest that water holds the whispers of our Ancestors? And if you were to continue pulling on that red thread then I have another thought for you. I am sure you know that humans are 70% water and maybe the fact that DNA is surrounded by water (Hydration shell), so could it be that water reflects back to us "I am you and you are me" and when we go into the water that we are going within ourselves?
She is also an organic mirror! Before mirrors as we know it were invented, water was where we saw our reflection and this actually has a big physiological impact on us. Our world is covered with all kinds of reflective surfaces that allow us to nit-pick constantly at how we look until we achieve "perfection" which can create a lot of anxiety, where as water mirrors create a calming, tranquil like environment while fostering self-awareness.

Water is not only our life force but she is therapy to the soul. I'm sure you have heard of hydrotherapy but did you know about Mirror therapy and floating therapy? Water is designed to heal and rinse away what weighs us down. Often times salt water is the only cure we need, whether that be from the ocean, sweat or tears. Water represents many things but to me she represents the Soul, Healing and memory. Maybe you can do some reflection on what she means to you while looking at a water mirror?
Wisdom from the water:
Water does not resist she flows
There is strength in softness
Live in harmony with all living beings
There is no beginning and no end to her, just like our soul
Many Thanks

Pascale

Your blog is helping me heal whatever aversion I have to water. I still haven't gotten to the root of the trauma, maybe it's from a past life. Accepting and understanding the healing powers of water (and salt water specifically) is definitely helping me get over the blockages I have~
