Love Letters to the Ordinary is an invitation to savor these small moments, to turn everyday rituals into acts of devotion, and to fall in love with life itself, one breath, one touch, one sensation at a time.

The new year doesn’t always feel light or motivating. Sometimes it arrives heavy, quiet, and emotionally draining. This reflection explores why that happens and how choosing softness, stability, and gentle support can create real, sustainable change.

There’s something about December in South Africa that feels alive, isn’t there? The days are long and golden, the evenings warm and buzzing with summer energy, and the air carries both celebration and reflection.

We knew that love is all around us for abundance was found in a single seed. We have forgotten so much and yet it brings us an opportunity to remember it all. This is exactly what I plan to do in this love-letter, to share with you the stories and medicine of our Reflections for we are all one anothers reflections. There is more to a single Soul than meets the physical eye.
