A daisies arrival coincides with the return of spring after a long, frosty winter and like daisies I find that the healing journey one goes on often feels the same. Emerging out of the winter and slowly welcoming the warmth of spring. We begin to acknowledge our inherent innocence and recognize that we are all in the same boat – Navigating life with the tools we were given. We begin cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves and others as well as fostering a renewed sense of empathy, as each season passes.

If a daisy could teach you one thing in life, allow it to be this. Wherever you are on this grand journey of life remember to embrace innocence; this embrace allows us to recognize our shared humanity and spread compassion towards one another, creating a nurturing environment for authentic growth and connection – something that we have lost along the way. Innocence in a way is like a fresh start, we feel the softness of love, we taste the sweetness of endless possibilities and we are filled with excitement for life, we have started to feel springs new beginnings.
