This work is for women who are thoughtful, self-aware, and already engaged in their inner world, yet still feel a subtle disconnection in their body, relationships, or sense of self.

If you’ve done the reflection but still feel braced or distant from yourself… You’re not behind. You’re ready for integration.

My Journey

My path into this work wasn’t about chasing spirituality, it was about learning how to feel safe in my own system.

There were seasons where I understood what was happening intellectually, yet still felt overwhelmed in my body. Insight alone didn’t change how my nervous system responded. Awareness didn’t automatically soften the bracing.

What shifted things was learning how to regulate, release, and integrate, not through force, but through intentional, embodied work.

Through training in Reiki and hypnosis, and years of hands-on practice, I deepened my understanding of how healing becomes sustainable: when the body catches up with the mind.

That is the foundation of everything I offer.

The Return to Self Method

Return to Self is the heart of my work, created for women who have already done the inner exploration, who understand their patterns and history, and yet still feel something missing.

You may know exactly why you react the way you do.
You may recognise your attachment style, your coping strategies, your wounds.

And still  your body tightens.
Your nervous system braces.
Your relationships echo familiar dynamics.

Awareness has brought you far. But it hasn’t brought you home.

Return to Self is where insight becomes lived experience.

Through subconscious repatterning, we work with the deeper imprints that keep old loops quietly running beneath your awareness. Through Reiki energy work, your nervous system is supported in softening out of survival and into steadiness. Through body-based awareness methods, we restore your connection to sensation, intuition, and embodied self-trust, so change is not something you think about, but something you feel.

This is not about fixing you.
It is about meeting the part of you that has been holding everything together and finally allowing it to exhale.

We begin with what is present.
And from there, we return to the version of you that has been waiting underneath

This is known as the art of ‘holding space’ by creating a safe emotional container where others feel seen, heard, and supported as they move through whatever they are facing. I silently witness, gently guide, and offer a steady, calm, supportive presence

We meet people where they are at in their own journey because we know that we are all students of life. I hold no expectations because this is an invitation for you to wonder and ponder on your full potential for growth and awareness, at your own pace.

Understanding with Compassion

I honor you, I honor your journey and I honor how this feels for you. I recognize our shared humanity and i hold unwavering trust and faith in you while you explore what's most hidden within you because I know that it is through those ‘dark times’ that we find our strength, wisdom and light that will guide us through the rest of our journey.  

Listening Intently

As you navigate what's most hidden within you and peel back layer by layer of emotional protection ect. I will listen without judgment. I assure you that you are entitled to your voice, your tears, your expressions. This is a safe space.

Allaying Distress

I hold the space tailored to your needs now. Reminding you of your beauty, your strength, and your capabilities, that your desired healing is created by processing and bravely facing that which is holding you back. I am in service to you.
