My Journey
My own path hasn’t been linear. I’ve moved through seasons of stress, emotional heaviness, and times when life felt too loud, too fast, too much.
What brought me here wasn’t perfection, it was willingness to feel, to soften, and to be seen. Through Reiki, hypnosis, and intuitive practices, I found ways to regulate my nervous system, release old patterns, and reconnect with my body and inner guidance.
This work taught me something I carry into every session: healing doesn’t need force. It flows when you feel safe, supported, and held.
