We knew that love is all around us for abundance was found in a single seed. We have forgotten so much and yet it brings us an opportunity to remember it all. This is exactly what I plan to do in this love-letter, to share with you the stories and medicine of our Reflections for we are all one anothers reflections. There is more to a single Soul than meets the physical eye.

Maybe its time we move from living life on autopilot or self-surveillance to giving ourselves the permission to live romantically, audaciously, pleasurably and whole-heartly with all our senses activated
