Greetings!
These are the steps and basics on how to use and work with your own infinite Love- Light energies.
Typically you would do this the minute you wake up and at sun down. Your infinite Love-Light energies are found within your heart and connects you to the grand central heart therefore you are using your own source creator energy to shield yourself and setting intents of ''I do not consent"' , not allowing any infringements upon yourself. This is not fear based. What is fear based about using your own energies? Nothing.
This should take about 10-15min in the morning and at sundown. Feel free to adjust these basics to your own liking making it unique to yourself, ''Use what resonates and leave what doesn't.''
Start off with playing your singing bowl or ringing a bell. What this does is it creates a echo that emanates out, repels and creates an additional forcefield ensuring that no lower vibrations are within your sacred space. As you do this set an intent. What is your intention for creating your force field? For example:
"I want to surround myself with Love-Light ensuring that no negative-polarized energies, entities and technology can infringe upon this thought form and intent all day and night"'
Just like that you have created a powerful intent.
Start envisioning layer upon layer of bubbles, one encasing the other. You can take inspiration from nature envisioning a honey comb bubble, a leaf wrapping around you or even sitting inside a rose. Be creative and enjoy this, the more fun and love you put in the stronger it is. You can envision a bubble of crystalline water or different color flames, a bubble of lightning or your favorite crystals surrounding you.
Another thing you can do is ask the archangels to shield you by invoking them:
''I call forth on Archangel ... to shield me throughout all time and space so it is.''
Such as AA (Archangel) Micheal, AA Metatron, AA Zadkiel, AA Jophiel and so on...
Then envisioning them placing you inside this bubble, letting your third eye paint the colors and textures of the shields. You may even place sacred geometry within these spheres, such as Metatron's cube, flower of life, tree of life, triskele with different colors ect.
These are not walls or blockages to block you from others, this just helps you be at the highest vibrations. Safely and Sacredly having a human experience without having any negative infringement from others. This is a protective forcefield that is healing and removing what is no longer serving you for your highest good.
If you cannot see it, no worries, you can use your senses or your inner-knowing that it is there. You may want to use your hands by rubbing them together and creating these bubbles by expanding them around you. This activates your hand chakras that are connected to your heart. Basically mini heart chakras in the palm of your hands. Reinforce these shields if you are feeling drained throughout the day or you just need a extra boost of protection.
This is a powerful way of taking your sovereignty back by stating ''I do not consent''. You can do these force fields around your loved ones such as children and spouses, your home, your animals and vehicles.
