Greetings Beautiful Soul, this month we have deep dived, guided by Isis, into the deepest depths of our Soul to ignite our inner truth and what that looks and feels like. Many of us throughout our lives learned to hide, suppress or lie about our inner truth, many times is was as a means to protect ourselves, especially if it started in our early childhood years. So at what stage in our lives did we learn that our truth is not safe, its not safe to express, share and show?
Are you ready to go on a contemplative and explorative journey with me to learn more?

The meaning:
"Inner Truth" means that you have a profound and deep understanding of your core essence. This deep understanding goes beyond external opinions, beliefs and societal norms because you have taken the time to explore and embrace your true values, desires and beliefs creating an unshakable relationship with yourself.
The programming:
During our childhood years it is normal to make mistakes and many times a child will get yelled at or punished in the hopes that the child will stop making the same mistake, this typically will lead a child to begin lying because the child has then felt judged, ashamed and silenced. This is the beginning of the belief that the child cannot be honest without fear, he/she will risk rejection or punishment and that it is unsafe to express themselves freely.
Throughout my years of practice, I've observed a recurring theme: children and young adults often feel they aren't taken seriously. I've frequently heard that, as children, they were silenced about ongoing abuse or faced disbelief from their caregivers. This teaches the child that they are not worth caring for, their truth is not worth being heard, they cant trust others and have to deal with the pain alone and in some cases they start to believe the abuse never happened and can completely block out the memory. (This is only one example; not being taken seriously in their life choices, experiences, emotions ect)
Then there is our emotions, as children we express our emotions freely since we have not yet been hardened by life's challenges. If our parents have not learnt to express their emotions safely then the child will learn the hard way by getting punished for having so called "bad emotions". I am sure you can recall a time where you were angry at your parents, you might have shouted at them, stomped your feet or said something mean. Instead of using this time to connect and model a healthy way to express anger, you where scolded at and sent to your room. This teaches children that feeling certain emotions is unsafe, they bottle them up not being able to process and release these emotions in a safe manner, later on in life this can cause illness and disease whether mental, emotional or physical.
In todays modern society there isn't much room for mistakes or our feelings. Modern society is all about the hustle, time is money and money is time. Many of us walk around with masks on, afraid to show our true selves, make mistakes or say something wrong that might just offend someone, or we become bitter, shouting to be heard, forcing our ideals on others so that we become accepted and bond over our trauma in a toxic way.
Getting in touch:
Your inherent essence is unique to you, no one and no thing can tell you who you are, what your truth is, or what your experiences have been. Once you begin to delayer the false belief systems that have been programmed into you as a child, you begin to uncover your truth, becoming fearless, aware and empowered. You begin to recognize when someone is behaving out of trauma, pain or a false, negative belief system, and you begin to recognize when you are doing the same. You can no longer be blind/ignore your own negative actions and word.
When someone is behaving out of trauma, you begin to change your reactions from reactive to proactive. No longer matching fire with fire but rather fire with water, you have become in touch with your inner truth and are now able to see others truth, becoming proactive in others healing paths. Whether that is simply listening, spreading love and guidance or having to remove yourself from a negative relationship so that you may both create space and grow.
This transformation doesn't occur instantly; it's a gradual journey of healing and deprogramming. You've invested time in building a strong, unwavering relationship with yourself, gaining a profound understanding of who you are, the sources of your reactions, and what truly aligns with your soul. This process creates a ripple effect, encouraging others to deprogram and embark on their own healing journey.

Owning your truth with Isis
Isis is a Divine Mother fractal, a Mother Goddess of healing and transformation. To Egyptians she is known as Isis, to the Romans as Venus and to the Greeks as Aphrodite, these beings are all Divine Mother fractals from which we can learn and work with.
Her powerful expansive energy guides you into alchemizing false belief systems allowing you to expand your wings that where once chained. Her energy recalibrates you to your true organic being, you can connect to her energy during meditation and dream time, calling on her to assist you in whichever way your Higher Self allows.
