Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. After completing your payment, please send or forward your proof of payment by email to help us match it to your booking and confirm your session.

Arriving on Time

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as a “no-show” and automatically cancelled. In this case, the original payment cannot be refunded. To book a new appointment, a rescheduling fee of ZAR 200.- will apply.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to move your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accepted, and the booking will be treated as a cancellation under the no-refund policy. To secure a new appointment, a new payment will be required.

Cancellations and Refunds

All Daisy Wellness services are non-refundable. This includes cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments (no-shows), and changes of mind after purchase. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Once payment has been received, it is considered final.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Daisy Wellness, you agree to the terms of this Booking and Cancellation Policy.

Why This Policy Exists

Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations or missed sessions make it difficult to offer that time to another client in need. These policies are in place to respect everyone’s time and maintain a fair and balanced schedule for all.
