To the softened and deeply connected woman,

I would be honoured to hold space during the birth of her child, creating a container where she and her partner are able to deepen their bond and move through the arrival of their child in a safe, warm, and love-filled environment.

I am here to honour and protect her journey as she transitions into motherhood together with her partner. I recognize that birth is a sacred and intimate act between the father, mother, and child, each playing an important part during this ancient, life-giving dance.

 As a Doula she can expect the following:

• I trust that she will make the best decisions for her and baby and if needed I will assist her in gathering the knowledge that she needs.

• I support her choices, her birth and her partner and protect their privacy.

• I hold her hand and her space in the moments of vulnerability and strength, trusting her unique process.

• I listen and understand with compassion and bring my Big Doula heart with to every meeting.

• I promote self-care, self-love, and bonding with loved ones.

What I do not provide:

• I do not offer medical tasks or preform any kind of medical services, advice ect.

• I do not push personal agendas.

• I do not replace the partner or any family members.

I am a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, certified through the Birthworker Academy who support woman being autonomous over their own life experiences.
